“4. Dimensija” gift cards

We offer gift cards from the Aesthetic Medicine Center “4. Dimensija” and the Beauty Institute “Liora”, providing a wide range of opportunities — to check your health, consult specialists, undergo various beauty procedures, enjoy relaxing massages, and indulge in other wellness programs.

Gift cards are available starting from EUR 10.00.

The validity period of gift cards is 6 months (it is possible to extend the validity for an additional 6 months by contacting any branch of “Veselības centrs 4” or by submitting a request via email to [email protected]. The request must be signed with a secure electronic signature and include the gift card number and original expiration date).

Gift cards can be purchased at the reception of the Aesthetic Medicine Center “4. Dimensija”, 18 Tallinas Street, Riga.

The gift card can be used starting from the day after purchase.

When paying with a gift card, its value can be split or supplemented by paying the remaining amount.

When purchasing a gift card, the client may choose a specific service or allow the recipient to select the service themselves.

Gift card benefits include:

• specialist consultations

• diagnostics, health check-ups, and laboratory tests

• medical procedures and treatments

• surgeries (medical and plastic)

• physiotherapy

• facial and body aesthetic procedures

• massages and water treatments

Terms of Use for Subscriptions (AB) and Gift Cards (DK)

Subscriptions (AB) and gift cards (DK) are advance payments for services to be received within a specified period.

The nominal value of AB and DK is non-refundable, either in full or in part.

The value (in full or in part) may be used:

• for another service, if continuation of the initial service is not possible due to medical reasons (with written confirmation from a doctor);

• at any branch of SIA “Veselības centrs 4”;

• by transferring it to another person;

• after the expiration date, based on a written request submitted to the branch administration;

Any changes to a scheduled appointment must be reported to the reception at least 24 hours in advance.
